All editing and processing of GPX files occurs entirely on your local device. Your files remain private and under your control.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
When you choose to use the "Fetch Elevation Data" feature, Magic GPX Editor sends latitude and longitude coordinates to OpenTopoData (https://www.opentopodata.org/) to retrieve elevation information.

This service:
- Receives only the geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude) of selected points
- Does NOT receive any other data from your GPX files
- Does NOT receive any personally identifiable information
- Is used only when you explicitly request elevation data

NO ANALYTICS OR TRACKING
Magic GPX Editor does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or telemetry. We have no way of knowing how you use the application.

DATA SECURITY
All data remains on your local device. When you save a GPX file, it is saved directly to your chosen location on your computer.
